LEUVEN - On Saturday, June 11, the first Leuven Innovation Awards will be hosted. One of the companies co-hosting the event is Leuven-based tech company Raccoons. Among other things, they develop smart chatbots using artificial intelligence. These chatbots are used by companies from different sectors to help people with their questions and problems.
