We’re looking for an AI analist to join our team in Leuven—someone who gets energized by turning strategic questions and business needs into actionable AI projects that deliver real value. You’re the translator between business dreams and technical reality: from first intake to delivery, you guide the client and our team towards meaningful impact with artificial intelligence.
As part of our AI strategy team, you’ll take ownership of your own projects, translating business goals into sharp analyses and use cases. Think engaging workshops where you help people discover what they really need, mapping out their biggest challenges, and collaborating with our engineers and designers to bring smart solutions to life. You don’t need to be an AI expert from day one—what matters is your curiosity and drive to learn.
In short: you’re someone who thrives on variety, loves connecting dots between business and tech, and is ready to deliver real AI solutions that drive meaningful results.

We think it's extremely important to improve our culture, and we are all dedicated to working toward the same goal. It's hard to put our culture into words, but we tried. Everything starts with your application, of course! If you see an open position that seems like a match made in heaven, send us your resume. We'll review it and reach out to you to plan a introductory meeting if it seems like a match (on paper). If that first meeting goes well, we'll plan a technical test (if necessary) and an interview with some people on the team. This way, we'll know for sure if you'll fit in. If all goes well, we'll give you an offer you hopefully can't refuse.

Yes! We value a hybrid work environment, which means you can work at home, at our offices, or in your favorite coffee shop. You decide where you want to work, but we do love it when our team comes together on our weekly "team days" (two times per week). We promise, you'll love it too.
